Install the version of the product(s) you own.Sign in to the Maxon App with your Maxon account from step 1.Download and install the Maxon App available here.Go to your Licenses tab and ensure there are no licenses under “assigned.” If there are, please use the X in the top right-hand corner of the assigned licenses to remove them.Use the same email you used for your Red Giant account.If you haven’t already, create an account at my.Access MyMaxon and install Maxon App and your plugins.Install the Maxon App & Import Red Giant Serials It also includes a tool that will allow you to migrate all your serial-based purchases from before Red Giant merged with Maxon. It verifies the license status for your purchased products and displays any trials you may have available. The Maxon App manages the installation, licensing, upgrading, and updating of your Maxon products.
If you are a Red Giant customer that purchased products prior to January 1, 2021, you’ll first need to setup a MyMaxon account and then download the Maxon App before proceeding through the steps below.
